O que é a consultoria de imagem?
É um serviço de aconselhamento e acompanhamento personalizado, centrado inteiramente em quem o cliente é — nos seus valores, gosto pessoal, influências e naquilo que procura alcançar. Não impõe fórmulas nem projeta o gosto de quem acompanha: o trabalho é ler o universo estético do cliente com técnica e sensibilidade, sem juízos de valor, e traduzi-lo em códigos visuais concretos — roupa, cores, tecidos, acessórios — coerentes com a sua personalidade e objetivos.
Os benefícios vão além da imagem em si: menos tempo e dinheiro perdidos em roupa que não vais usar, mais confiança na forma como te apresentas, e critério próprio que continuas a aplicar muito depois de o programa terminar.
Não sou de Portugal. Posso fazer consultoria com a KORA?
Claro que sim. Os programas para pessoas (Style Key, Style Scan, Style Refresh) podem ser feitos em português ou em inglês, consoante a tua preferência — e, sendo possível fazer as sessões totalmente online, a localização geográfica também não é limitativa. Os workshops Style Lab têm sessões dedicadas em português e em inglês.

Os programas são presenciais ou online?
Todos os programas para pessoas podem ser feitos presencialmente em Lisboa ou online, à tua escolha.
Posso mudar de formato a meio do programa?
Sim, sem problema — o programa adapta-se a ti, não o contrário.
Como funciona o pagamento?
O valor é pago na totalidade no início do programa, antes da primeira sessão.
A KORA só trabalha com mulheres, ou também com homens?
A KORA trabalha com qualquer pessoa que queira investir na sua imagem, independentemente de género.
Compras e guarda-roupa
Vou ter de comprar roupa nova, ou trabalhamos com o que já tenho?
Trabalhamos sempre com o que já tens. As sugestões de compra existem para preencher lacunas específicas, não para substituir o teu guarda-roupa.
Que orçamento devo prever para as compras sugeridas?
Não há um valor fixo — as sugestões são feitas de acordo com o teu orçamento e objetivos. Podes investir tanto ou tão pouco quanto fizer sentido para ti; o objetivo é que cada compra tenha propósito.
E se não gostar de nenhuma sugestão de compra?
As sugestões são sempre um ponto de partida, não uma decisão fechada — ajustamos até fazer sentido para ti.
Trabalhas com que marcas ou lojas?
Não trabalho com marcas fixas — as sugestões são feitas de acordo com o teu estilo, orçamento e o que está disponível no momento, sem parcerias comerciais que influenciem a escolha.

Como sei qual o programa certo para mim?
Se tens dúvidas, escreve-me antes de decidires — numa conversa rápida ajudo-te a perceber qual programa serve melhor o momento em que estás.
Condições
E se tiver de desistir a meio do programa?
Podes desistir, mas o valor pago não é reembolsável nesse caso. O reembolso só se aplica se o programa for interrompido pela KORA, por razões que não te sejam imputáveis.
E se precisar de remarcar uma sessão?
Sem problema, dentro do razoável. Se a remarcação implicar uma mudança que invalide a proposta original (por exemplo, mudança de estação ou época de saldos), pode haver um custo adicional — consulta as condições específicas de cada programa.
Os valores incluem IVA?
Nos programas para pessoas, sim: todos os valores são apresentados com IVA incluído, à taxa legal em vigor — o valor que vês é o valor que pagas.
Nas formações para empresas, os valores são apresentados sem IVA; o IVA acresce na fatura.
Style Lab
Preciso de ter feito outro programa da KORA antes de ir a um workshop?
Não, o Style Lab não tem pré-requisitos. É, aliás, uma boa forma de teres um primeiro contacto com a KORA antes de avançares para um acompanhamento personalizado.
Onde se realizam os workshops?
Os workshops realizam-se tanto presencialmente quanto online. Os workshops presenciais realizam-se na zona de Lisboa. O local exato dos workshops presenciais e as próximas datas (tanto dos presenciais quanto dos online) serão anunciados em breve.
Posso fazer só uma das sessões, ou têm de ser as duas?
Podes inscrever-te apenas numa, nas duas, ou pela ordem que preferires — são workshops independentes, cada um sobre um tema diferente.
Formações para empresas
Qual o número mínimo e máximo de participantes?
Não há número fixo — o formato é desenhado consoante a dimensão da equipa e os objetivos da formação, definidos na fase de diagnóstico.
Fazem formações fora de Lisboa?
Sim, mediante disponibilidade — fala comigo no diagnóstico inicial para percebermos a melhor solução.

What is image consulting?
It is a personalised advisory and coaching service, centred entirely on who the client is — their values, personal taste, influences and what they want to achieve. It imposes no formulas and does not project the consultant’s own taste: the work is to read the client’s aesthetic world with technique and sensitivity, without judgement, and translate it into concrete visual codes — clothing, colours, fabrics, accessories — coherent with their personality and goals.
The benefits go beyond image itself: less time and money lost on clothes you will not wear, more confidence in how you present yourself, and your own judgement, which you keep applying long after the programme ends.
I am not Portuguese. Can I work with KORA?
Of course. The programmes for people (Style Key, Style Scan, Style Refresh) can be delivered in Portuguese or English, whichever you prefer — and since sessions can be held entirely online, location is no barrier either. Style Lab workshops run dedicated sessions in Portuguese and in English.
Process
Are the programmes in person or online?
All programmes for people can be done in person in Lisbon or online, as you prefer.
Can I switch format midway through?
Yes, no problem — the programme adapts to you, not the other way around.
How does payment work?
The full amount is paid at the start of the programme, before the first session.
Does KORA only work with women, or with men too?
KORA works with anyone who wants to invest in their image, regardless of gender.
Shopping and wardrobe
Will I have to buy new clothes, or do we work with what I have?
We always start with what you already have. Shopping suggestions exist to fill specific gaps, not to replace your wardrobe.
What budget should I plan for the suggested purchases?
There is no fixed amount — suggestions are made according to your budget and goals. You can invest as much or as little as makes sense for you; the point is that every purchase has a purpose.
What if I do not like any of the shopping suggestions?
Suggestions are always a starting point, never a closed decision — we adjust until it makes sense for you.
Which brands or shops do you work with?
I do not work with fixed brands — suggestions follow your style, your budget and what is available at the time, with no commercial partnerships influencing the choice.
Choosing the right programme
How do I know which programme is right for me?
If you are unsure, write to me before deciding — in a short conversation I will help you work out which programme best fits where you are.
Conditions
What if I have to withdraw midway through?
You can withdraw, but the amount paid is non-refundable in that case. A refund applies only if the programme is interrupted by KORA for reasons not attributable to you.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
No problem, within reason. If rescheduling implies a change that invalidates the original proposal (for example a change of season or the sales period), an additional cost may apply — see the specific conditions of each programme.
Do the prices include VAT?
For the programmes for people, yes: all prices are shown with VAT included at the applicable rate — the price you see is the price you pay.
For corporate training, prices are quoted excluding VAT; VAT is added on the invoice.
Style Lab
Do I need to have done another KORA programme before attending a workshop?
No, Style Lab has no prerequisites. In fact it is a good way to have a first contact with KORA before moving on to one-to-one work.
Where do the workshops take place?
The workshops are held both in person and online. The in-person workshops take place in the Lisbon area. The exact venue for the in-person workshops and the next dates (both in person and online) will be announced shortly.
Can I attend just one of the sessions, or must it be both?
You can sign up for one, for both, or in whichever order you prefer — they are independent workshops, each on a different theme.
Corporate training
What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?
There is no fixed number — the format is designed according to the size of the team and the goals of the training, defined during the assessment phase.
Do you deliver training outside Lisbon?
Yes, subject to availability — raise it during the initial assessment so we can find the best solution.
